RBSE 2024 Class 8 exam from March 28; admit card details, reporting time

RBSE Class 8 exam 2024: Students will have to carry the Rajasthan board exam admit cards to the exam centre. Students are advised to reach the exam centre before the reporting time mentioned in the BSER hall ticket.

The Rajasthan Board of School Education (RBSE) Class 8 exams will start from March 28. As per the given schedule, the RBSE Class 8 exams 2024 will be concluded on April 4, 2024. The RBSE Class 8 exam will start with the English paper on the first day followed by maths and science on March 30 and April 1 respectively. The exams will be held from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.

Students will have to carry their board exam admit cards to the exam centre. Students are advised to reach the exam centre before the reporting time mentioned in the BSER hall ticket. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the exam centres.

While announcing the RBSE 2024 exam datesheets, the board warned students and others against any kind of cheating and unfair means. “Malpractices in board examinations will not be tolerated at any cost,” it said.

As per the details provided on the official website, this year, as many as 12,64,913 students were enrolled in Class 8 and 12,52,127 students have applied for the RBSE Class 8 exams for the academic year 2023-24.

Candidates must score 33 per cent marks in each subject to pass the Rajasthan Board Class 8 exam 2024. Last year, 8,119 students got A1 grade and 54,889 got A2 grade in Class 8 results. As many as 76,139 students passed in C grade (50-60%) while 1,16,262 students passed in D grade (40-50%). No merit list was announced last year.
