PSEB Punjab Board 8th Class Result 2025: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), Mohali declared the Class 8 result on April 4. These results will be made available on April 5 morning. Students who appeared for the PSEB Class 8 exams can access their scores by visiting the board’s official website at pseb.ac.in.

Once students download their Class 8 scorecards from the Punjab Board website, they are advised to thoroughly verify all the details mentioned on the document to ensure accuracy.
In 2024, a total of 2,91,917 students appeared for the Punjab Board class 8 examinations conducted by the Punjab Board. Out of these, 2,86,987 students cleared the exam, resulting in an impressive overall pass rate of 98.31%. Girls outperformed boys slightly, achieving a pass percentage of 98.83%, compared to 97.84% among boys.
In comparison to the year previous to that, the PSEB Class 8 results in 2023 were declared on April 28. The school-wise performance showed that government schools had a pass percentage of 97.88%, while private (non-government) schools achieved a higher pass rate of 99.12%. Aided schools recorded a pass percentage of 94.44%.
To successfully pass the PSEB Class 8 examination, students must score at least 33 per cent marks. Those who feel their results do not reflect their performance can apply for re-evaluation or scrutiny once the results are officially declared.
