PSEB 12th Results 2023: Pass percentage dips to 92.47%, Sujan Kaur is Punjab Board topper

PSEB 12th Results 2023: Sujan Kaur of Dashmesh Convent Senior Secondary School, Sardulgarh (Mansa) has topped the PSEB Class 12 exams by scoring 500/500.

PSEB 12th Results 2023: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) declared the class 12 results today. However, the result link will be active tomorrow at pseb.ac.in. A total of 2,96,709 students appeared for the PSEB examination of which 2,74,378 passed recording a passing percentage of 92.47 per cent.

Sujan Kaur of Dashmesh Convent Senior Secondary School, Sardulgarh (Mansa) has topped the PSEB Class 12 exams by scoring 500/500. Shreya Singla of MSD Sr Secondary School, Bathinda has secured the second position in the state with 99.60 per cent. She secured 498 marks out of 500.

Like previous years, the girls have performed better than boys scoring a passing percentage of 95.14 per cent while boys got 90.25 per cent.

Stream-wise, students from the commerce stream got 98.30%, Humanities registered 90.62% while science stream students got 98.68%. The pass percentage of Vocational stream students is 84.66%.

District Gurdaspur is the best performing district with the highest pass percentage of 96.91 per cent in the state while Barnala has the lowest 80.47 per cent.
