NTA JEE Main admit card 2020 LIVE UPDATES: JEE Main 2020 has two papers -- paper 1 is comprised of multiple-choice and numerical questions, while paper 2 is now separate for BArch and BPlan aspirants. The duration of the paper will be three hours with a total 100 questions including all three parts.
The total marks for this paper will be 400. The marking scheme for MCQs will be four marks for the correct answer and deduction of one mark (-1) for incorrect answers.
To do well in JEE Main, clarity of concept and familiarity with the question types is essential. It is not a difficult exam rather it is predictable and tricky. So revision of concepts will hold the key. One should prepare a list of concepts for every topic. Then they should mark the concepts in which they are weak.
Firstly, prepare a timetable by allocating study hours to each topic and ensure complete devotion towards the same. The syllabus must be prepared with the combination of the number of days allocated to each topic with different levels of difficulty. It is recommended that the students must finish one topic from the syllabus completely before moving on to the next one
