NIOS 2024: Class 12 result declared; check at results.nios.ac.in

The Class 12 exams were conducted between April 6 to May 22, 2024, while the practical exams are scheduled between March 11 to 27, 2024.

NIOS 2024 Result: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has declared the results for the Class 12 April session on the official website. The students can check and download their results from the official website — nios.ac.in, and results.nios.ac.in.

Students can check and download the NIOS results using their enrollment number and captcha code. The Class 12 exams were conducted between April 6 to May 22, 2024, while the practical exams are scheduled between March 11 to 27, 2024.

After checking the result students can collect the migration-cum-transfer-certificates and marks sheet-cum-certificate by their AIs. The online NIOS result is provisional in nature.

NIOS Class 12 results 2024: How to check

Step 1: Visit the official website, nios.ac.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘exams/ result’

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page

Step 4: Click on ‘public exam result April session 2024’

Step 5: Log-in using registration number

Step 6: Results will appear on the screen

Step 7: Download it, and take a print out for further reference.

In 2022, a total of 77,836 students were enrolled in Class 10 and 1,23,644 students in Class 12. Out of the aforementioned total, 76,776 students appeared for the October 2022 exam for Class 10 and 1,23,619 students for Class 12. The total number of students who passed the exam are— 43,930 in Class 10 and 59,371 in Class 12.

Formerly known as National Open School, NIOS was set up in 1989 as an autonomous organisation by Union Human Resource Development ministry. The examination for two years diploma course in elementary education was conducted in pursuance of Prime Minister’s Digital India campaign.
