NEET UG Exam day guidelines: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) on May 5 from 2 pm to 5:20 pm in 557 cities across the country and 14 cities abroad. NEET UG 2024 exam will be held for over 24 lakh medical aspirants competing for around one lakh MBBS seats.

These details are crucial for identification and verification purposes during the examination, NTA said while releasing guidelines for the exam day.
If the medical aspirants find any essential elements missing on the NEET UG admit card, NTA has asked the candidates to download the admit card again from the NTA website.
The NEET UG 2024 admit card consists of three pages – page 1 – the centre details and self declaration (undertaking) form, page 2 has a “postcard size photograph” and page 3 has instructions for candidates. The candidate must download all three pages and paste a postcard sized photograph on page 2 before arriving at the center.
Candidates appearing for the exam should follow the NEET UG 2024 dress code as provided by NTA. Aspirants should be dressed casually and avoid clothes with long sleeves. Shoes are also prohibited. Henceforth, the candidates are advised to wear slippers or sandals. Aspirants wearing a customary dress are required to report to the examination center by 12:30 pm.

Do not carry any banned items along and will have to undergo the security procedures.
