JNVST Class 6 admission 2025: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has extended the registration for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2025 till September 23. Earlier, the deadline to register was September 16.
The selection test is for students who want to take admission in Class 6 at the Navodaya Vidyalaya for the academic session 2025-26. Interested and eligible candidates can register on the official website – navodaya.gov.in.
The JNVST 2025 admission application form will be now available to candidates till September 23. Candidates will have to apply only once, meaning if a student has applied for admission the previous year their candidature will rejected.
— The reservations to the OBC candidates shall be implemented as per the central List. The OBC candidates not included in Central list should apply as general candidate.
— The process of submission of online application involves a single stage.
— The candidate, parents signature, certificates, and photography should have a size between 10-100 kb.
— The applicants must have been born between May 1, 2013, and July 31, 2015 (both the dates are inclusive)
— The applicants seeking admission must not be a class repeaters, i.e. not passed class 6 before academic session 2024-25

According to the official prospectus the exam will be held in two phases, first on January 18, 2025 at 11.30 am and the second phase exam will be conducted on April 12 at 11.30 am.
