JEE Main 2023 Session 2 begins today; check exam day guidelines

JEE Main 2023 Session 2: The National testing Agency (NTA) will tomorrow begin the session 2 of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023. Registered candidates can download their hall tickets from the official JEE Main 2023 websites — jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

When entering the exam hall, candidates are advised to carry only the following items with them into the examination venue:

— Admit card along with self-declaration (undertaking) downloaded from the NTA website (a clear printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in.

— A transparent ballpoint pen.

— Additional photograph, to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

— Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), if required.

— Personal transparent water bottle.

— Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange), in case the candidate is diabetic.

Candidates appearing for the IIT JEE Main 2023 April session should note that they cannot carry instruments, geometry or pencil box, handbag, purse, any kind of paper/ stationery/ textual material (printed or written material), eatables and water (loose or packed), mobile phone/ earphone/ microphone/ pager, calculator, Docupen, slide rules, log tables, camera, tape recorder, electronic watches with facilities of calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices to the examination centre.

Students need to remember that they will not be allowed to enter the exam centre without showing the admit cards along with the identification proof such as Aadhar card or PAN Card.
