IIM-Kozhikode introduces a one-year diploma in management

IIM Kozhikode has introduced a diploma in management (DiM), a one-year programme to cater to professionals and aspiring managers. All the graduates and diploma holders with professional experience, are eligible to be part of this programme that is based on a comprehensive selection process, including the IIMK DMAT (Diploma in Management Aptitude Test) followed by personal interviews.

The first cohort is scheduled to commence in the third week of May for the academic year 2025-2026. Candidates can visit the official website IIMK website for more details and the application process: iimk.ac.in. The participants on completion of the programme will also get an executive alumni status.

The programme introduces participants to a blended learning approach, including classroom sessions, live virtual classes, and asynchronous content general management areas as well as electives like AI, Fintech, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing.

Participants will benefit from workshops on specialised topics who will be spearheading 20% of the curriculum and also mentor students on professional development.

Students will also have the flexibility of credit transfer facilities to MBA progammes as part of DiM which will have two in-campus modules (5 days each).
