CA May 2024 Exams: ICAI to re-open correction window on March 27

ICAI CA May 2024 Exams: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today announced that the institute will re-open the correction window for those candidates who have already applied for the May 2024 CA examinations.

The correction window will open on March 27 (10 am) and conclude on March 29 (11:59 pm). Candidates will be able to make changes at the official website — icai.org.

Candidates should note that only those candidates of Chartered Accountants Intermediate and Final Examinations seeking change of examination city, group and medium can avail this online facility.

ICAI had recently revised the exam dates for CA May 2024 exams to avoid clash with Lok Sabha election dates. As per the revised calendar, Intermediate group 1 will be conducted on May 3, 5 and 9 instead of May 7, and group 2 will be held on May 11, 15 and 17, instead of May 9, 11 and 13. Final exam group 1 will be conducted on May 2, 4 and 8, instead of May 6. Group 2 of CA Final exam will be held on May 10, 14 and 16, instead of May 8, 10 and 12.

However, students are unhappy with the changes and are requesting ICAI to revise the exam dates again and postpone the CA May 2024 exams to June 2024.
