ICAI CA Foundation, Final and Inter Results May 2025 Link at icai.org: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation results for the May 2025 session on July 6. As per the official announcement, the results for the CA Final and Intermediate exams were declared before their scheduled timings. As shared by ICAI, the Inter and Final were scheduled to be released on 2 pm, while the Foundation exam results would have been available by 5 pm. These results pertain to the exams held between May 2 and May 14, 2025, across various groups and levels.

Following the declaration of these results, a total of 14,247 candidates have successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants. On the other hand in CA Inter under Group I, out of 97,034 candidates who appeared, 14,232 candidates passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 14.67%.
The Intermediate Group 1 exams were conducted on May 3, 5, and 7, while Group 2 exams were held on May 9, 11, and 14. The Final Group 1 exams took place on May 2, 4, and 6, followed by Group 2 exams on May 8, 10, and 13.
Once officially released, candidates will be able to access their ICAI CA May 2025 results through the official result portal at icai.nic.in. To view their scorecards, candidates will need to log in using their registration number and roll number.

ICAI will also indicate “pass with distinction” for candidates who score 70% or more in aggregate.

–Click on the relevant result link for CA Final, Intermediate, or Foundation May 2025.
–Enter your registration number and roll number in the login window.
–View and download the result page.
–Save a copy for future reference.
In the previous CA Final examination held in November 2024, 30,763 candidates appeared for both groups, and only 4,134 passed, recording a pass percentage of 13.44%. In total, 11,500 candidates qualified as Chartered Accountants.
For Group 1, 66,987 candidates appeared, and 11,253 (16.8%) cleared the exam. In Group 2, 49,459 candidates appeared, of whom 10,566 (21.36%) passed.
