HBSE Class 10th Results 2023 Link: The Board of Secondary Education Haryana (BSEH, Bhiwani) today announced the Class 10 final exam results. Students can now visit the Bhiwani board website, bseh.org.in and check their marks.
The Bhiwani board reported an overall pass percentage of 65.43 per cent. Sonu, Himesh and Varsha have been declared as the toppers with 498 marks. Additionally, the result of self-study candidates is 52.13 per cent.
This time, girls have outperformed boys by 8.40 per cent, as only 61.41 per cent of the male students have succeeded in this examination, compared to 69.81 per cent of female students.
Rewari has emerged as the best performing district with 89.02 per cent, followed by Charkhi Dadri at 87.78 per cent, Mohindergarh at 86.40 per cent, Fatehabad at 85.15 per cent and Jind at 83.91 per cent.
This year, the Class 10 exams were conducted between February 27 and March 25, in a single shift from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. A total of 2,86,425 candidates appeared in the secondary examination, out of which 1,87,401 passed, and 37,342 candidates got compartment and 61,682 failed.
The pass percentage of government schools is 57.73 per cent and the pass percentage of private schools is 75.65 per cent. Additionally, the pass percentage of students from rural areas is 67.35 per cent, while the pass percentage of students from urban areas is 61.28 per cent.
Now, those candidates who want to re-check or re-evaluate their answer sheets can apply online within 20 days with the prescribed fee.
Last year, the Haryana Board conducted the Class 10 examinations with 30 per cent reduced syllabus, in which a total of 3,68,000 students had registered for the exams. Girls has outshined boys with a total pass percentage of 76.26 per cent, while boys recorded a total pass percentage of 70.56 per cent.
In 2022 exams were conducted after a gap of a year as the Haryana Board had earlier scheduled the Class 10 exams for April last and May, but had to later postpone and eventually cancel due to the Covid pandemic.
