CTET 2024 Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on July 5 issued the admit card of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) July 2024 exam. Candidates who registered for the exam can download the admit card at ctet.nic.in. CTET admit card link will get active at around 10 am, a CBSE official told the indianexpress.com. CTET 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on July 7.
Student will required to key in their application number, password and security pin to download their admit card. The CTET city intimation slip is released at ctet.nic.in.
CTET 2024 will be conducted in over twenty languages in over 136 cities across the country. The exam is held twice a year, i.e. January and July. The January session exam was held on January 21 and the result was declared on February 15.

Step 1 – Visit the official website – ctet.nic.in
Step 2 – Click on the link “Download admit card”, on the homepage
Step 3 – Loggin using the necessary credential
Step 4 – Student admit card will be displayed on the screen
Step 5 – Download and get a printout of admit card for further references
The CTET exam consists of two papers – paper 1 for candidates who aspire to be teachers for classes 1 to 5. while qualifying paper 2 will make the applicants eligible to be teachers for classes 6 to 8.
The paper 1 exam will consist of five compulsory sections for 30 questions each – child development and pedagogy, mathematics, environmental studies, language 1, and language 2.
Paper 2 will have 4, out of which 3 are compulsory sections of 30 marks each – child development and pedagogy, language 1, and language 2. Furthore fir the last section candidates will attending depending on the subject they will teach.
Whereas, the candidates who intend to be Social Studies or Social Science teachers will attend 60 questions on Social Studies Social Science.
While mathematics and science section questions will be attend by those candidates aspiring to teach in said field.
Both question paper are of a total 150 marks, with one marks being awarded for correct answer and there is no privision of negative marking in the exam.
As per the information brochure, the result for both paper 1 and paper 2 is expected to be declared by August end.
