CBSE Class 12th Math exam analysis: Today CBSE Class 12 math exam was rated easy and questions were unchallenging, said students and teachers. Most students claimed that the questions in the exam were based on the CBSE sample paper.

“MCQ or the question paper were easy but not obvious. Short questions were mostly easy to answer and were based on the NCERT. The case study was based on understanding the subject and was useful to analyse the learning of students. Though there were no longer questions, the paper was quite easy from every perspective and covered all the aspects of the subject.” Vijay, PGT Math at MRG School said.

Nilutpal Bora, PGT- Mathematics at Modern English School, Guwahati said that all questions were from the syllabus. “The questions related to the chapter matrix and vector were relative of easy level. The content was strictly based on the NCERT syllabus and the MCQ questions were of moderate level. The questions related to calculus part were also of moderate level and few of them were either directly from the book or from previous year question paper,” she said.

“I am happy with my Math paper. It was quite easy as compared to the Physics exam. All questions were from the NCERT and could be easily solved. There was enough time to revise the calculations after completing the paper,” Suhana Shaikh, a class 12 student from Kolkata said.
