The Directorate also advised schools not to wait until the last day for payment to avoid technical or procedural delays (Express Photo by Manoj Kumar/ representative image)The Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana, has released the schedule for payment of examination fees for the SSC, OSSC, and vocational public examinations to be held in March 2026. The last date for payment of examination fees without a late fee is from October 30 to November 13, 2025, with remittance by headmasters through the Cyber Treasury permitted up to November 14.
All the headmasters and principals have been instructed to take immediate action to ensure the timely remittance of fees and submission of data for both regular and once-failed candidates.
The online submission of student data to the DEO must be completed by November 18, and the DEOs should submit school eNR data to the DGE by December 10, 2025.
Candidates who miss the initial deadline can still pay with a late fee of Rs 50 from November 15 to November 29, a late fee of Rs 200 from December 2 to 11, or a late fee of Rs 500 from December 15 to 29. However, officials have made it clear that these deadlines will not be extended under any circumstances.
The examination fee for all subjects is Rs 125, while for candidates appearing for up to three subjects, the fee is Rs 110. Students appearing for more than three subjects must pay Rs 125. Vocational candidates are required to pay an additional Rs 60 in addition to the regular examination fee of Rs 125 prescribed for SSC academic courses.
As per the press note, payment of examination fees shall be made only through the school login on the official website – bse.telangana.gov.in via online integration with Cyber Treasury. Payments made through IFMIS portal challans or manual bank challans will not be accepted. Headmasters must log in using their user ID and password and are required to submit students’ data online compulsorily within the scheduled dates.

In accordance with government orders, SC, ST, and BC candidates appearing for the SSC Public Examinations in March 2026 are exempted from examination fees.
