COHSEM 2024 Exams: Manipur board HSE 12th datesheet released

The Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM) today issued the Manipur Class 12 board exam 2024 timetable for all three streams — Commerce, Humanities and Science. The timetable is available at the official COHSEM website — cohsem.nic.in.

As per the official notification, the Manipur HSE exams will begin on February 21 with the English exam, and conclude on March 23, 2024 with the elective languages exam — Bengali, Hindi, English and Manipuri. Other than these two dates, the exams will also be conducted on February 27, 27, March 1, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21 and 22.

The HSE exams will be conducted from 10 am to 1 pm, and no exam will be conducted in the evening shift.

In 2023, the Class 12 board exams began on February 23 and concluded on April 1, 2023. The COHSEM HSE exam was conducted from 10 am to 1 pm. The practical exams were conducted between April 1 to April 20.

Last year, in the Science exam, Ria Thokchom topped the Science stream with 491 marks, Pushpa Naorem achieved the first rank in Arts stream with 475 marks and Rajbrinda Naorem got first rank in Commerce with 445 marks. A total of 36,717 students appeared for the examinations which included 18,336. Of the total 36,717 students, the Science stream had 24,513 students followed by the Arts stream with 11,391 students and Commerce stream with 813 students. The exams were conducted across 120 exam centres.
