BSEB chairman Anand Kishore at the press conference in PatnaThe Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) chairman Anand Kishore today announced that all ‘BSEB Super 50’ students have qualified for the JEE Main 2025. At a press conference in Patna, Kishore said these 50 students scored 90 percentile and were provided free coaching by the Bihar Board.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is held twice a year – January and April — for admission to premier engineering colleges. Those students who crack JEE Main are then eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. Qualified candidates get admission to 23 IITs.
This is the first batch of the free coaching ‘BSEB Super 50’ that was started in 2023 by Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Among these 50, four students obtained 99 percentile in JEE Mains session 1. They are Yash Raj (99.20), Sunny Kumar (99.18), Aashish Kumar (99.10) and Sachin Kumar (99).
Some of the other top scorers are Gautam Kumar, Aman Kumar, Raushan Kumar, Sahil Kular Mehta, Abhirag Kumar.
The application process for the free residential coaching for Class 10 students appearing for Class 11 exams and Class 11 students appearing for Class 12 exams has started from February 22 and will close on March 12.
