Wall collapses as two LPG cylinders blast

A wall of a bakery near Panchani Hotel,Shivajinagar Gaothan area,collapsed after two LPG cylinders reportedly went off in its kitchen on Saturday. However,no casualties were reported. Fire brigade officials said they received information about a fire in Modern Fruit Bakery around 6.30 am. “By the time our men reached the spot,two LPG cylinders had blasted. The bakery workers were sleeping on the terrace of the building. A tragedy was averted as the firemen shifted seven cylinders to a safe spot. Firemen brought the situation under control within an hour. The kitchen was badly damaged in the incident,” a fire brigade official said.
