The Yaahooo phenomenon

The now faded charisma of Shammi Kapoor was celebrated on August 24 at Yeshwantrao Chavan Natyagruha. The event – ‘Yahoo…the Karishma of Shammi Kapoor’ – was organised by Niche Entertainment Pune in memoriam of the late actor’s life. Through an audio-visual narration by lauded orator Ameen Sayani,the show highlighted his relationships with his co-actors,music directors,directors and playback singers. Directed by Milind Oak,it aimed at showcasing unknown aspects of the man who was adored by millions.
