Synefra Construction gets award for environment friendly project

Pune’s leading integrated infrastructure solutions provider,Synefra engineering and Construction Ltd,a Tanti group company,bagged the environment friendly project of the year commercial award for its one earth project at the prestigious realty plus excellence awards 2011.

The realty plus excellence awards is an industry platform that recognises individuals,organisations and projects that have created and delivered new benchmarks for excellence in the indian real estate industry in 2010. The award was given to Synefra by Kapil Mohan Dhingra,founder director,Realty Plus and Vinod Behl,editor,realty plus in Mumbai. The entries were judged through a transparent online process by an eminent jury of real estate veterans like Vinod Behl,Anurag Mathur and Anuj Puri.

The accolade was conferred on one earth because the project has demonstrated excellence by using and developing environment friendly initiatives and measures to create a holistically green commercial property. Synefras flagship project for its client Suzlon,has also won the coveted leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) platinum certification by Indian green building council and the 5 star green rating for integrated habitat assessment (GRIHA) earlier.
