Students receive SSC marksheets

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released marksheets of SSC students.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released marksheets of SSC students. The admission procedure for Class XI and junior colleges will start tomorrow. Fergusson College (FC) is the main centre for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

The number of schools achieving 100 per cent result went down to 271 this year,down from last year’s 307. The Ahmadnagar region recorded the highest pass percentage of 83.97 per cent,followed by Pune (80.70 per cent) and Solapur (76.10 per cent). Pune recorded the lowest pass percentage among repeaters (27.32 per cent).

Pune region and Pune City West recorded the maximum pass percentage of girls (91.31 per cent). The PCMC area followed with 90.62 percent. Monali Ganesh Kamthe,a student of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule School from Purandar secured 95 in Marathi. She was presented with as many as 10 awards for her achievement. Praneeta Sanjay Kamble,a student of St Joseph’s Convent High School,Khadki scored the highest marks (95) in Hindi. Richa Mahesh Shinde,a student of MSS High School,Chinchwad secured 96 per cent marks in English and was declared the overall subject topper.

Rajesh Ashok Kadam,a student of Sadhana Boys School,Hadapsar scored 99 in science. Neerja Milind Dixit of Ahilyadevi High School scored 100 per cent marks in Social Science.
