Rotary Club of Pune city East organised the Rotary Club Idol Competition on Sunday. Dr Shekhar Kulkarni,Pratibha Karnik,Harshad Agnihotri,Avinash Londhe,Anil Dhaneshwar and Sujata Tilak were declared the winners of the various categories in the grand final. The Rotary club had also organised a musical extravaganza for the different people to showcase their talents. The idol competition was conducted in five categories Rotarians,Annette Lezy Rotarians,above 15 years youth rotractors,under 15 years boys and duet songs categories.

Festivities couldn’t get any better! What better a way to celebrate Diwali than in a smokeless atmosphere! On November 2,the Royal Connaught Boat Club(RCBC) Pune celebrated Diwali in a unique way. Going a step ahead in the pursuit of a green and eco-friendly Diwali,the management presented a noiseless,and smokeless celebration. The events enthralled the young and old alike,providing a much needed respite from the normal noise and environment polluting festival.
