What a kick!
The Asian Open Kickboxing Championship 2010 that was organised by the Indian Kickboxing Association for the first time in the city concluded on February 21 at Balewadi Sports Complex. Fighters participated from all over the world. Hamza Murad of Iran won the first fight of Asian Professional Title,followed by Ricky Ranjit Sahani of India. Anup Kumar of India and Motaba Azadian of Iran came third and fourth respectively. Arif Shaikh,chairman of the organizing committee and Ziauddin Khatib,president of Indian kickboxing association welcomed the guests. George Thoktaridis,World Kickboxing President from Greece and Walid Kassas,Asian Kickboxing President from Lebanon were present at the occasion. Stand-up comedian Rehman,of Comedy Circus fame enthralled the spectators with his wit and humour.
