Yadav said he was impressed by the talent put on display by civic students. “There is lot of talent in PMC students … All efforts should be made to encourage them,” said Yadav.
Several eminent personalities including state legislative council speaker Ramraje Nimbalkar, Mayor Prashant Jagtap, State Minister Vijay Shivtare, MP Vandana Chavan, and other political leaders like Deepti Chaudhary and Mohan Joshi were present.
Yadav interacted with the students and tried to encourage each of them. “He said he was impressed by the singing skill put on display by the students and awareness level about social issues among them. The students brought to fore the principles of human rights that Jyotiba highlighted through his published works,” said Rakhi Raskar, a teacher from the Hinge school.
