To develop forest garden over 150 acres in association with Forest Department Launches its second phase offering bungalow,farm-house and agricultural plots Saffron City,a project coming up at the picturesque location at Wangani and Rahatani on Satara Road offering farm-house,bungalow and agriculture plots is all set to add value to its natural beauty by developing 150 acres of forest garden at the location.

The tree plantation ceremony was recently held at the location. Over 300 people from various organizations such as Rotary Club,Govt.Officials & nearby Villagers. were present for the ceremony,where every present individual planted a plant of his choice.

Mr. Sanjay Singhi,Managing Director,Saffron Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. said,“We intend to develop a beautiful forest garden with an organized and sustained effort over the next 3-5 years,which will have a large variety of trees,plants and bushes.”

“We are very happy to have received support from the Forest Department,Grampanchayats of both the villages and the Sinhagad Prathishthan in this initiative. This forest garden will be not less than an attractive picnic spot for the residents of ‘Saffron City’ and will also be open for visitors,who wish to enjoy nature at best on the outskirts of Pune ,” Narendra Chhajed ,director of Saffron )added.

With the start of this effort of developing a forest garden ‘Saffron City’ also announced the launch of its second phase,where all those who wish to have bungalows,farm houses on a scenic location but very close to Pune have a best possible option to fulfill their dreams.

The farm house and bungalow plots opened up in the second phase at the ‘Saffron City’ are available for Rs.1 Lac onwards and Rs.2 Lac onwards respectively and are a strong investment options for those who wish to invest in land at proper location as the proposed ring road will touch the ‘Saffron City’ making it very convenient for its residents to access Pune city.
