Sources in the airlines said those who purchased the Kingfisher tickets from its office in cash can claim their refunds between 10 am and 5 pm at the airline office at the Pune Airport. Those who have booked tickets through travel agents will have to claim them from their respective travel agents,while those who booked using credit/debit card will get their payments as per the time taken by the banks to complete the refund transactions. The airline will initiate the refunds immediately,however,it will take the number of days the bank requires to process the transaction, said an official. Refund has nothing to do with the debt situation, he said.
