Says Dudaney,“Freedom and liberation is what I give my clients. I empower them with clarity,rather than a prediction. In fact,I look at what they say as if it were a situation rather than a problem. I also am thrilled when clients become independent and tell me they will see me after six months. It’s not like I am not there for them but I encourage them not to be dependant on me. I show my clients the consequences of any decision that they might take.” She adds,“Then,it’s upto their free will and choice,which path they would like to take. There is no wrong or right – just consequences for any decisions which they take. I,you could say,help them find their own winning strategy.”

An RJ at Meow,India’s first channel for women at 104.8fm — Monisha also hosts the drive-time show everyday in the evening. So,what do the cards have in store for Pune in the new year? “Swine flu will be on the wane,real estate will blossom by February-end and there will be lots of new work opportunities for everyone,” says Dudaney. “And yes,like the past few years,the success story of India continues and 2010 will be a very progressive year for the country,” she adds,before signing off.
