A famous author once said,“To live a life without a plan is like living an accidental life.” Though I am not much of a planner myself, when it came to deciding what I need to do with my life,it was simple – I followed my heart.

As a graduate in computer engineering,I knew that I should start something on my own. In fact,I had plenty of ideas to start working on,but I did not get enough encouragement to begin an independent venture so soon in life. After all,I had just passed college and everyone around me was a little apprehensive of my getting into a risky proposition so soon.

So while I took a job after college,I kept working on my idea and tried to develop it. Fourteen months into the job I could feel the confidence and the need to start something of my own. So it was in January this year that I began my own software company called We Shine Tech, which is basically a learning management system.

In the past five or six months,we have done really well and have made the system popular with tuition classes, engineering colleges and all those areas where online testing is needed.

The satisfaction that I get out of the success of the venture is great. In fact, when we were starting this project,we would work for 12 to 14 hours a day,and we never looked at the clock – perhaps that is what defines working for one’s passion. I would just say that this work gives me happiness and so I go to work in a good mood everyday – that is a victory for sure.
