AISSMS Institute of Catering and Hotel Management and Campus French organised a French food festival Le Ciel de Paris,under the cadre of Bonjour India Festival of France on Friday. The fest includes display of different aspects of France. Campus France is French Embassys education wing that organises Journee France to promote French culture. The event is a part of Journee France. Apart from a whole range of French cuisine that promises an exotic French gourmet treat,the event would witness participation of Olivier Duchatelle,the university cooperation attaché,as the chief guest.
Lime and lemony
Metropolitan Institute of Hotel management is organising its 9th Citrus food festival today at Corinthians Boutique Hotel. The festival,The CitrusThe Flavour of Life,is being mentored by Poona Hotelier Association and will be monitored by senior chefs from Hotel Taj Blue Diamond,Hotel Sun-n-Sand,Hotel Pride and experts from food and beverages industry. Apart from offering a whole range of citrus food dishes like- cocktail with orange juice as base,fruit pancakes,citrus fruits as salad dressing,it would also bring out the good quality of citrus fruits like digestive nature of lemon. The event will also witness activities like fashion show on the theme futuristic hospitality clothing,games,dance,celebrity talk shows and much more.
Start it right
Starter fest at Gaia resturant at Kharadi is offering a range of 20 vegetarian and 20 non-vegetarian starters. Organised for the month of January,the festival offered the starters along with drinks for a package price of Rs 299 only.
Fine dining
Stone Water Grill at Koregaon Parak will be witnes to ayet another eventful evening ith DJ Ankytrixx aka Ankit performing at Sunday Sunset at January 31 at 5 pm. The event is being organised by the restaurant. The performance at the restaurant will also be last stop for the DJ,who is on India tour and where he plans to take people on a musical journey.
