Cafe Unique Aroma ‘s Monsoon Coffee Special menu will present coffee brewed in the classic forms like the latte mocha and the cappuccino and will also serve varieties like cafe almondo,hazelnut and toffee. You can also pair your drink with sandwiches like cuban,spanish,mexican and greek. Pouches which is their speciality is similar to a frankie or a roll but its grilled and stuffed in a different way.

Indulge in Anglo Indian delicacies like southern railway mutton curry,prawns hara masala,fish kedgeree,beans or cauliflower foogath at the Anglo- Indian food fest. The gourmet spread will be cooked to perfection by Chef Mohd Sherrif Alam who is from VBT Connemara,Verandah restaurant. Being held at the Latitude,Taj Vivanta from June 10 to 19 the cuisine will use some of the most authentic ingredients that make up the anglo indian delicacies like cloves,red chillies ,coconut,yoghurt and almonds with their distinctive flavours.
Pan-Asian panache
The new Pan Asian restaurant,Panash by Four Points,Sheraton offers a variety of cuisines ranging from Japanese and Chinese to Malaysian,Thai and South-East Asian. The contemporary and creative environment looks promising. The restaurant offers live cooking counters,a teppanyaki table,noodle counters and a sushi bar,which are the main features. The cuisine lays emphasis on authentic flavours,and recipes,simple presentations for fast and leisurely dining and healthier methods of preparation. Preparation methods include wok cooking,tempura,sushi,teppanyaki,grilled and steamed foods,which come together to provide an enjoyable and mouthwatering meal,loaded with spices and flavours that may be wholly unfamiliar to the Indian palate. Along with the usual beverages,they also offer a range of signature Asian cocktails. The decor is contemporary with a lot of the food being prepared at the live cooking counter,instead of behind closed doors,which is refreshing.
