Celebrity Italian Chef Bill Marchetti said at the launch on Wednesday,With the opening of the latest Spaghetti Kitchen,we look forward to cater to the palates of the food-loving folks of the city. I’m sure with its mouth-watering Italian cuisines and warm,inviting ambience,it will be well-received by everyone. The menu comprises an assortment of starters such as Baked Fresh Portobello mushrooms,Spicy Cottage Cheese Bruschettas,Provencale Rocket Leaf salad,and Caprese salad. The main course offers Neapolitan Pizza,Gnocchi alla Gorgonzola,Fettuccine alla Carbonara,Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli and many such delicacies. It also has an enticing array of desserts such as Tiramisu,Triple Chocolate Biscotti,Crème Brulee,La Cassatta. A live trolley,where patrons can watch dishes being cooked,adds to the dining experience.

The Kodaly Quartet,comprising Attila Falvay,1st violin,Erika Tóth,2nd violin,János Fejérvári,viola,and György Éder,cello,will perform in the city at two concerts organised by the Poona Music Society,in association with Balassi Institute,Hungarian Information and Cultural Centre,New Delhi. The performances will be held at the Mazda Hall,Dastur Primary School,Camp,on April 18 and 19 at 7 pm. The Kodaly String Quartet was founded in 1966 by four students of the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest as a continuation of the great Hungarian string quartet tradition. The Quartet’s main objective is the authentic interpretation of the works of Zoltán Kodály,and it gives tremendous importance to the values and traditions that Kodály conceived as essential in musical culture.
