Shantanu Bhamare,vice president of Pune branch of US-based Project Management Institute (PMI) recently delivered a lecture on Managing Virtual Team at an international conference of management professionals that was held in Melbourne recently. Bhamare has earned fame speaking on management issues and was invited by PMI to deliver the lecture at Melbourne. Around 2000 management professionals had gathered at the conference.
