Central Railway to run 42 additional summer trains through Pune, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus
Booking for the trains will be available at special charges from April 8 at all computerised reservation centres and on the IRCTC website.

The Central Railway has announced 42 additional summer special AC trains to address the seasonal rush. With this, the total number of summer special trains adds up to 1,198, including 284 unreserved ones.
The additions include specials between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Karmali, which will operate between April 11 and May 24. Train 01051 will depart from LTT in Kurla at 10.15 pm every Friday and reach Karmali in Goa the next afternoon at 12. The return train 01052 will leave Karmali at 2.30 pm every Saturday and reach LTT at 4 am the following day.
Train 01439 from Pune to Nagpur will depart at 7.55 pm every Saturday from April 12 and arrive at 2.45 pm the following day. The return train 01440 will leave Nagpur at 4.15 pm every Sunday and reach Pune at 7.20 am the following day. The service will last till May 25.
Train 01442 from Pune to Hazrat Nizamuddin will be operational from April 15 to May 27, departing from Pune at 5.30 pm and reaching at 6.10 pm the next day. The return train 01442 will leave Hazrat Nizamuddin at 8.20 pm every Wednesday and reach Pune at 11.55 pm the following day. The return service will run from April 16 to May 28.
For trains 01051, 010439, 01440 and 01441, booking will be available at special charges from April 8 at all computerised reservation centres and on the IRCTC website. Tickets for unreserved coaches can be booked through the Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) at standard charges.
