Automobile Trade Fair begins

The 11th edition of the Indian Automobile Trade Fair was inaugurated on Wednesday at the Deccan College Grounds.

The expo will have around 150 stalls and this year’s

theme is ‘Safe and Green vehicles’

The 11th edition of the Indian Automobile Trade Fair was inaugurated on Wednesday at the Deccan College Grounds. The event will feature around 150 stalls related to automobiles,components,accessories,consumables service equipments and tools.

“The theme this year is Safe and Green Vehicles,and in order to create awareness among the public the event will also have a number of seminars and talks on the theme.”

The five-day event will have a Technology Day that will see seminars on tyre and braking technologies. The second day will feature the environment day seminars that will deal with transport and environment alternate fuels and eco-friendly batteries,while as another day will have talks on garage,services and finance management.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Chandrakant Kharatmal,Regional Transport Officer (RTO).

The show directory of Auto 10,was inaugurated by former RTO Ramesh Kuwar. Prem Anand,general manager,Deccan Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture,and Dr RN Patwardhan were also present. The exhibition is open to all and will go on till December 11.
