Nine restaurants at The Waterfall Shaw in Lavasa will host food festivals throughout the year,beginning this month. Chor Bizarre,the Indian restaurant,has a Kebab and Biriyani festival this month,offering delicacies like Angar ka Murgh,Gilafi Sheekh Kebab,Hyderabadi Machhli tikka,Paneer Chandni Tikka,Sufiyani Murgh Biriyani to name a few. Chef Shiv Arora also recommends the Kashmiri Kahwa after the meal,to cleanse the palate and to aid with digestion. three meal courses,don’t forget to order the special Karshmiri Kawa.

The All American Diner which serves all-day breakfast,is hosting a hot dog festival where they’ll be serving Blackened Cottage cheese dog,Chicago dog,Hollywood dog and smoked cheese dog. Right next door,the Oriental Octopus features cuisines from China,Thailand,Vietnam,Korea,Indonesia,Malaysia,Japan and Singapore. For this month the restaurant will offer Wok n Curries. Chicken Malay Curry,Chinese Green Tofu in Chilli Bean Sauce,Red Snapper Nanyo Style and Wok Tossed King Prawns in Sweet Chilli Sauce,amongst others.

Granma’a Homemade gives the feeling of an authentic French patisserie,and offers sandwiches,‘sinful’ desserts,coffees,chocolates,milkshakes and many more. This month their special is Fluffy Delight,where freshly made breads and confectionaries are at top of their menu.
