‘Affordable’ housing project launched in Moshi

Considering the need for quality affordable housing,Four Seasons Shelters,a part of the Four Seasons Group,launched its landmark project ‘Anushka’ at Moshi in Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Anushka is located in the vicinity of the proposed Chakan International Airport as well as the industrial belts of Pimpri-Chinchwad,Bhosari,Chakan and Talegaon. Educational institutions,shopping centers,and health care facilities are in close proximity. The surrounding area boasts of good roads,excellent infrastructure,and well-planned development,stated a press release.Anushka is located on the Moshi-Alandi Road and will have a built-up area of about 70,000 sq ft. Spacious and well ventilated two and three bedroom apartments ranging from 880 squate feet – 1,216 square feet will be located in three buildings,each having six floors.

Adequate car parking space,children’s play area,landscaped garden,club house and modern amenities are the project highlights. There are also a few shops for sale which would cater to the residents as well as the residents of the surrounding areas. The cost of apartments will range from Rs.17.55 lakh to Rs.24.05 lakh.
