Action against cops for not lodging complaints: Patil

Home Minister R R Patil has said action will be taken against cops if they don’t register complaints of attacks on NE students. Premanand Khomdram (18) of Manipur was attacked twice but police did not register an FIR. Asked about the case,Patil said,“If there is a lapse,action will be taken against cops.”
