Gudhi Bhojanam by Coast & Bloom
In its bid to pay tribute to the spirit of spring and the various celebrations that it brings across the cultures, Dadar-based Coast & Bloom has put together a vegetarian meal. Called ‘Gudhi Bhojanam’, it will pay homage to the traditional foods that grace the tables across communities. Expect a plethora of dishes from freshly made kochkai (raw mango pickle), batata bhaji, tender cashew, kuiry (raw jackfruit) bhaji, bitter-sweet Ugadi pachadi, crispy Aplam, sweet Puranpoli and everyone’s favourite Aamras.

Ugadi special menu at Dakshin
For Ugadi, also known as the Telugu and Kannada New Year, Dakshin at ITC Grand Central has put together a special menu. Expect an array of dishes showcasing the rich heritage and diverse flavours of South Indian cuisine, including Vasantha Neer Panagam, Bendakaya Vepudu, Padhpe Upakari, Muvvankaya, and Puttagodugulu Jeedipappu Iguru, among many others. Round off your meal with Basundi or Payasam, followed by their signature South Indian filter coffee.

Vegetarian restaurant Rajdhani celebrates 18 years of serving its ‘Aamlicious’ thali. As part of this, the restaurant known for serving dozens of Rajasthani and Gujarati delicacies will present dishes such as mango puranpoli, aam ki launji, mango jalapeno cheese lifafa, kairi bhel, ambe aloo, bepadi roti, kairi methi thepla and mango coconut barfi, amongst an array of dishes.
