Sena refuses to bestow Hindu Hriday Samrat title on Modi

Says Bal Thackeray earned the title from people for his work

Shiv Sena said Friday the title of Hindu Hriday Samrat was accorded to Bal Thackeray by people and it would not allow it to be used for Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi.

BJP state leaders said: “In his lifetime,Thackeray proudly looked up to Modi as the new torchbearer of Hindutva. We don’t have to explain it further to alliance partners.”
