Almost two months after his father Feroz Khans passing, actor Fardeen Khan is slowly beginning to piece his life together. Hes been quietly shooting in Goa for Ajay Devgans All The Best and though it is difficult to do laugh-out-loud funny scenes that this comedy demands, hes being a professional. One has to fulfill ones professional requirements. Personal life is something that you have to deal with on your own. I try and dont let the two overlap, he says.
Shooting in Goa is a blessing in disguise since it has given him time to mourn privately. In this time of grief,Fardeens family is rallying around him. Wife Natasha was with him all along. As she recently left for London, actor cousin Zayed has now joined him. We havent hung out with each other for a while and it was really sweet of him to just pop in. Were watching movies and doing a bit of brotherly bonding. Zayed and I are like two peas in a pond. It feels good to have him around, he smiles.
He gives full marks to his producer buddy Devgan and terms him as the most considerate, understanding and generous producer Ive ever worked with. He goes on to say,Hes so tight with his crew that he knows everyones name.
Fardeen too plans to get into production and will soon revive his fathers banner,FK International. The first film on the agenda will of course be the remake of Qurbani. It was my fathers most cherished dream to remake it and it will be fulfilled.
And with his blessings too, were sure.
