To ensure safety and convenience, the organisers have set up 15 medical stations, three medical base camps, and six mini-medical camps. A team of 160 cardiac and sports rehab physiotherapists will monitor the last 10 km, with spotters stationed every 100 metres in the final stretch.

A train from Kalyan will depart at 3 am, and another from Panvel will leave at 3.10 am, both reaching Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) by 4.30 am. These trains will stop at all intermediate stations to facilitate easy access for suburban participants.

Mumbai Police has announced traffic restrictions for the marathon day. Roads along the route, spanning south and central Mumbai areas such as Marine Drive, Kalbadevi, Worli, and Mahim, will remain closed between 3 am and 2 pm. Alternative routes have been arranged for regular commuters through the suburbs and emergency services will have uninterrupted access.
