Man held for raping 10-year-old niece

A 36-year-old man was arrested in Dharavi Saturday evening for allegedly raping his 10-year-old niece,police said.

A 36-year-old man was arrested in Dharavi Saturday evening for allegedly raping his 10-year-old niece,police said. According to police,accused Vinod Kumar Gowda had been living with the family of his older brother for the past eight years. At 6 pm Saturday,he allegedly called his niece out of their home and raped her. Police said the girls mother spotted him and raised an alarm.
