In preparation of the launch of its new website, Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is set to conduct a series of training sessions, both in person and virtual, to help real estate stakeholders navigate the MahaRERA Complaint and Regulatory Integrated Technology Implementation (MahaCRITI) system more effectively.
The MahaCRITI system, which will be operational from September 1, aims to streamline regulatory and complaint management processes. To ensure this new platform is adopted smoothly, MahaRERA will host training workshops over two weeks from August 29, with sessions on August 30 and September 1 at its head office in Bandra-Kurla Complex.
The training sessions are designed for a wide range of real estate stakeholders, including project promoters, developers, their self-regulatory organisations, agents, complainants, advocates, and MahaRERA staff. The workshops will provide stakeholders an opportunity to become familiar with the system’s features and functions.
MahaCRITI is an advanced, integrated IT solution designed to enhance all regulatory and complaint management operations for MahaRERA. The system includes new features such as a mobile application and AI-powered chatbots for real-time support, providing a comprehensive and efficient platform for all users, complete with business intelligence and data analytics capabilities.
