A 22-year-old housewife,who was nine months pregnant,allegedly committed suicide my immolating herself on Tuesday morning. Meenakshi Thorat,a resident of Vatsalatai Nagar,Kurla,set herself ablaze. Her family,however,claimed that she was being harassed by her in-laws.

Teen held for molestation,attempt to murder
The Nirmal Nagar police on Tuesday arrested a teenager for allegedly molesting a six-year-old girl and then attempting to kill her. Police said the incident took place on Monday morning at a construction site in Kherwadi.
