Your favourite romantic scene in a movie?
It’s not my favourite genre so I don’t have a favourite.

Which actor would you love to go on a date with and why?
That would have to be Freida Pinto — there’s so much mystery to her and I find that very attractive.

Which dialogue have you mouthed in front of the mirror the most?
Gabbar’s lines from Sholay,“You talkin’ to me?” — Robert De Niro’s famous line from Taxi Driver,and the expletives from Scarface.

Who inspired you to become an actor?
Al Pacino in his early works blew me away. And as a child,I only remember watching Amitabh’s films. My dad has been equally crazy,supporting the path I have chosen.

The worst film you ever watched?
There are so many!

Which film do you wish you could’ve been a part of?
The Godfather and Rang De Basanti.

What makes you an actor?
I think it has got to do with being a good liar. I have worked in all three media — film,theatre and television.
