Borude moves HC

Arun Borude,the police inspector who has been dismissed following rape charges,has filed an anticipatory bail application in the Bombay High Court,after failing to get relief from a lower court. Borude,who is accused of raping a minor girl has been absconding since the case was lodged against him last month.
