Court quashes plea against Bharat Shah

The Bombay High Court on Monday dismissed a writ petition,which demanded that a Supreme Court judgment which upheld the constitutional validity of four Sections of MCOCA be considered in the case of film financer Bharat Shah.

A Division Bench comprising Justice B H Marlapalle and Justice U D Salvi,however,dismissed the petition filed by Andheri-based RTI activist Gurpal Singh Sethi.
