Case dismissed,Once Upon a Time opens today
Once Upon a Time in Mumbai,featuring Ajay Devgn,Emraan Hashmi,Kangana Ranaut and Prachi Desai,is set for release on Friday,after a sessions court dismissed a suit by the daughter of the late Haji Mastan. Shamshad Supariwala had alleged the movie is based on her fathers life and shows him as having connections with the underworld. The court dismissed the suit after Balaji Telefilms agreed on a disclaimer at the start that it is a work of fiction and not based on Mastans life.

Lilavati absolves trustee of assault
The Lilavati Trust on Thursday issued a statement that Chetan Mehta,one of its trustees,was not involved in an assault last Friday by 12-15 persons on another trustee,Niket Mehta,on the hospital premises. Additional CP (West) Amitabh Gupta had then said the police had registered a case of rioting and assault against Chetan Mehta and 12-15 unidentified persons. Now,a police officer said they have made seven arrests but there is no evidence against Chetan Mehta.
