Debit card fraud: Accused shopped in malls across India

The two men arrested on Tuesday for the unique debit card fraud,used the cards to shop not only in Mumbai but across India. Investigations have revealed that the accused used the duplicate cards in popular malls in Noida,Gurgaon,Delhi and Ahmedabad,besides several malls in Mumbai. The police are now gathering details of the purchases to build a case against the accused and to identify the persons duped by them. Shreyas Kotharia (30) and his brother-in-law Parag Parab (32) were arrested by the Crime Branch on Tuesday.
