Travellers have been advised to monitor airline and airport notifications for any changes in schedule.

Tuesday’s incident follows a similar threat reported on November 12, when an email received on IndiGo’s grievance portal triggered a high alert at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA). The message named multiple airports, including those in Delhi, Chennai, and Goa, prompting precautionary checks by the local police and the CISF. Airports in Mumbai and Hyderabad were also placed on alert at the time. The Delhi Police later confirmed that the threat was a hoax.
